TI is a very stable place to work at. The products you will produce will be parts for numerous consumer products around the world.
Not a lot of place to grow. Not enough innovation. The salaries are good, but not great. People can be a bit hard at times.
Start smaller companies beside TI and give the older employees a real opportunity to spread their wings and maybe come up with new and profitable products.
It was easy and simple, quite related to DSA and my project. Also asked system design and LLD, HLD, and other approaches in the system, and operating system. It was mostly focused on deep questions related to my project.
I had only one round. The first 15 minutes were an intro and typical HR questions (i.e., tell me about yourself and previous experience). The rest of the interview was LeetCode-styled questions: two questions, one easy and one medium.
Met at UF career showcase. Had on-campus interview, video-response interview, and phone/presentation interview.
