Pros

Ethical company. Safe place to work during this pandemic. Leaves get cash-converted. Friendly team.

Cons

Insurance does not cover parents. Benefits can also be improved.

No work-life balance because of too much workload, limited resources, and limited time.

Mentorship is lacking and can be improved significantly. This is not for individuals who constantly look for career opportunities every time.

Basic pay and overall pay are not competitive. I've seen better from other semiconductor companies, let alone other industries.

Annual increases are low, but I understand it is very subjective for many people.

Always cost-cutting, which kind of translates to benefits and salary.

Like other jobs, career prospects can be slow at some point.
