Pros

Good brand name, great products, challenging assignments. There is a lot of independence provided to employees, starting from new college grads to experienced employees. Also, there are many opportunities to show one's work. A good amount of resources are available to execute a job successfully.

Cons

The electronics industry faces unpredictability, lacks a defined career path, and places stress on an ever-increasing amount of data. A lot depends on which group one is working with. Groups that have more money are definitely better groups to work in.

Advice to Management

Look into the long-term growth of employees and give them a better feeling of relating well with you. There should be a 360-degree appraisal for managers, too.
