I was just unlucky with the team I was on. I had to go in the lab at night, and my coworker who reviewed me would go in during the day. He thought I didn't work hard enough because he didn't physically see me in the lab often, due to us going in at different times. I pulled 60-80 hour weeks, but it was my word against the word of a coworker of the manager's of 20+ years.
It took about 1 hour. There are two engineers. One of them is quiet, but the other asks just puzzle questions. The interview is not very friendly because he is not happy if you don't know the answer. The good thing is that it offers a nice trip to Da
It was a six-person panel interview with basic questions about your resume. They basically wanted to see what kind of person you were. Then, they ended with a three-question, 10-minute session where you had to answer these questions from a small boa
multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process includes the following steps: * Discuss job description * Set expectations for the job * Multiple interviews * Following up when a decision was made with feedback.
