Pros

Good people culture, positive environment, salary, and benefits.

Cons

Gone through many reorganizations and restructuring, resulting in job transfers and layoffs. Bottom line: shareholders and upper management are willing to appease investors, including compromising job security for all. Your valuable one day and expendable the next.

Advice to Management

Keep in mind the people that work for the company, as it is the strongest asset, not the shareholders or investors.
