Process
Interviewed for a promotion to Front-end Supervisor. At that point, I was already debating leaving the company but decided to give it a shot anyway. It consisted of five several scenario-type questions given by the Ops Manager. All of them were generic.
Following that, the General Store Manager interviewed me about the various changes I would bring to the department.
