Front End Supervisor Interview Experience - United States

Process

I originally applied online with The Home Depot. I received a follow-up phone call in which I was asked to respond to scenarios about my experiences, and the recipient wrote down my answers, which was awkward.

I then had a one-on-one interview, which was exciting, but I found out the pay was much lower than I had anticipated.

I received a follow-up phone call that informed me that corporate made a mistake, that the position was unavailable, and if I would be interested in another associate position. I was.

So I took the job. The people I met were genuinely nice, and the work culture seemed pleasant and enthusiastic. I received a warm welcome from my coworkers.
