Straightforward. Nothing too difficult. Intro call with HR. Call with two Senior Engineers. I was prepared for coding questions, but it turned out to be more of a technical conversation. Note that it seems like pair programming is a big deal for Home Depot and that half of your programming time will be paired programming.
