Pros: You have a lot of freedom as an intern, and they have various fun events for interns. I found that most associates on my team were very happy to help us with technical problems, and I actually had a very good workload for an internship. It was a great experience as I got a lot of exposure to various frameworks and libraries.

Cons: Hourly pay. Impossible to find documentation. Tribal knowledge.

Pros: Great community that helps you learn a lot!

Cons: My internship was virtual, so people interaction was limited.

Pros: Very supportive technical team and better collaboration.
