Process
I had applied online and a recruiter emailed me the very next day. After a 20-minute chat with the recruiter, I was set up with a senior manager the same week.
The senior manager called me 15 minutes late and did not even bother to read my resume. He seemed to have been reading it while interviewing. He was judgmental about my background without trying to know facts and finished the interview in 10 minutes, claiming he had to go for another meeting.
I received a mail from the recruiter soon after that my profile was not a good match for the position.
