Process

You’ll talk to a recruiter, a hiring manager, and then a team of 3 engineers. They’ll ask basic tech questions, which are not aligned with the role. I was told I would have a coding interview, but instead, it was random questions from different areas.

Questions

What is the difference between int and Integer?

What's the difference between SQL and NoSQL?

What's the difference between an ArrayList and LinkedList?

What's the difference between a list and a set in Python?

How would you remove duplicates from an array?

When would you use == vs .equals() and what is the difference?

What is an inner join and why would you use it?

How would you build a spelling checker without using a deep learning model?
