Process

Seamless interview process with external staffing and direct management.

Stages of Interview:

  • LinkedIn request from an external staffing company, followed by a phone conversation if your expertise matches the position.
  • A week later, you'll meet with their direct team, where product-centric questions will be asked. Home Depot specializes in product experts per the description of these roles. So, if you don't know the product, this panel may be your limit.
  • Once passed, you will meet one more time with just management (two people usually) for a behavioral conversation meeting. This seemed to run off a script to establish conversations.
  • Next is the offer letter.

Questions

Technical questions are all product related, as their teams specialize in product placements.

Management meeting: Tell me about a hardship you had to overcome with underperforming team members and how did you manage the situation? What was the outcome, and what did you do to help the person?
