The Home Depot Interview Experiences
Principal Software Engineer
3 rounds, 1 hour each. 2 technical, 1 situational. Final chat with Sr. Director. Technical rounds were moderate difficulty. Very positive on the company culture and spent lots of time selling investment in employees.

A recruiter reached out and was friendly. Had a conversation with the technical team that was super awkward. One of the managers interviewing me was training. They were unable to answer some of my questions because of how strict the interview guide

The interview was group-based and allowed you to work with other applicants to solve a problem. The problems were not extremely technical, and they were in pseudocode, so there was no barrier to interviewing in a language you're uncomfortable with.
