They don't know how to treat employees with many years of experience and knowledge. Managers are not transparent and play tricks on them. Human Resources is also a waste of time when it comes to helping employees get better positions in this company. The salary is very low.
Train the managers better and help people to succeed instead of just making them waste their time in this company.
