Pros

Good WLB and work culture, except for the days leading up to major holidays. The Employee Stock Purchase Program is offered at 15% off MSRP. The manager is kind and caring.

Cons
  • Low base pay.
  • Six paid national holidays.
  • Can get political, but that’s most big companies.
  • No COLA base pay adjustments in the past three years.
  • Decisions sometimes are nonsensical or illogical.
  • Scope creep is common.
  • Vesting schedule is 2 years, 50%/4 years, 100%.
  • Medical premiums range from $62 per paycheck to $125 per paycheck (26 bi-weekly payments).
Advice to Management

Reevaluate compensation and benefits, especially for lack of competitiveness.
