It’s a wonderful work experience!
Pair programming can occasionally slow work down.
I applied through a recruiter. The recruiter was nice, and the talk was good. There were two interviews: behavioral and technical. The process took something like one week, and that is all.
I had to piece together a bunch of lines of code on slivers of paper. Then I had an assignment on building college dorms with an extremely low budget, with 15 minutes for each section.
A recruiter reached out and was friendly. Had a conversation with the technical team that was super awkward. One of the managers interviewing me was training. They were unable to answer some of my questions because of how strict the interview guide
