Software Engineer Interview Experience - Finland
Process
The interviews involved a rather lengthy take-home test. Unfortunately, I was matched with a technically incapable interviewer on the problem, who had trouble understanding basic facts about integers in programming and how the modulo operator works.
The specifications of the programming task were not very suited for all the programming languages they offer (for example, having to support multiple concurrent threads in Python). However, the programming test did not take this into account in any way, which created quite a bit of confusion and frustration with the task for me.
