Process

Initial phone screening with HR.

They followed up throughout the process and were a pleasure to talk to.

A 4-hour take-home assessment on OOP and a very specific data structure, followed by a 2-hour call with 2 senior devs. They asked questions about design and improvements. They gave hints on problem areas beforehand so you had time to prepare. You were rejected after this.

Overall, a very hard and time-consuming interview process. HR followed up afterward to give the rejection over the phone, a welcome gesture.
