There are pockets of smart and dedicated people locally who were enjoyable to work with.
Toxic culture. Don't believe the so-called values HR or a manager is trying to sell to you. The joint has a 1990s corporate culture based on power and control by the CEO and his C-suite, hence the obsession about RTO, for example. Policies and decision-making are deliberately opaque and basically up to what top management desires. Your opinion and work delivered to the company and clients do not matter much.
