Good salary package including health insurance and stock. Keep in mind, though, the stock price hasn't been rising much in the last few years.
There are pockets of smart and dedicated people locally who were enjoyable to work with.
Toxic culture. Don't believe the so-called values HR or a manager is trying to sell to you. The joint has a 1990s corporate culture based on power and control by the CEO and his C-suite, hence the obsession about RTO, for example. Policies and decision-making are deliberately opaque and basically up to what top management desires. Your opinion and work delivered to the company and clients do not matter much.
