Great engineering culture that strives to make sure everyone is satisfied and challenged. Asking questions is greatly encouraged, as is helping those who need it. Managers make an honest effort to hear you out and help you grow your career. Trustworthiness and humility are a TTD'er's best virtues.
TTD is only near-perfect. The effort is there to fix things, but management can be slow to figure out the right solutions.
Growing the team is hard. Please stay transparent, especially when we fail or are wrong.
First, one online assessment. After about a month of submitting the OA, I got invited to an intern's day event introducing the company and process. Two rounds of back-to-back online coding interviews that week.
Behavioural -> 30 min simple technical -> Final round 2x 1 hour technical. LeetCode medium, but with 3 levels of increasing difficulty. Everyone was lovely, and the technical rounds were collaborative.
Very smooth and responsive. The process was very transparent and moved really fast. Interviewers were really friendly and it was more like a discussion than an interview. Very good experience overall.
