This company moves fast, particularly in the engineering department. We run in small, agile groups with focused objectives, and it's an exhilarating environment for people who want more out of their work than just an easy paycheck. The best part is that through all of this, I've never seen anyone get caught up in their ego, put someone else down, or throw someone under the bus. Criticism and disagreements are objective and to the point, not condescending or blaming.

This is by far the best company I have worked for, and I look forward to being a part of the story as we continue to transform the advertising industry.

Growing fast and just became a public company, it will be challenging to maintain the office culture as well as the engineering culture as we develop into a larger global organization.
