Pros

Nice perks, food, health insurance, etc.

Cons

Management has lost its direction.

Plenty of "yes" managers who are counting points, tickets, number of days in the office, and merge requests as a sign of people's productivity.

It is missing the personal touch and openness it once had and has been replaced by closed-door policies and everyone keeping their heads down, trying not to be noticed.

Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging and start leading.
