Poor Career Choice
Great pay, good benefits, nice office.
A lot of organizational churn and poor technical decisions due to inexperience. Nice people, but incompetence leads to a lot of churn due to indecisiveness. I have been with the company a bit over a year and have seen 3 re-orgs in my team alone. As a senior member, I had to constantly deal with false promises, which is a bit exhausting. Ultimately, I am pretty disappointed with this career choice.
Honor your commitments and allow engineers to focus on delivering, instead of having to constantly navigate workplace politics.
