For 2021, there are 23 national holidays plus company holidays.
Work is organized systematically, so work-life balance is good.
Coworkers are competent and friendly.
Benefits are good.
Good product and lots of room for growth.
No 401k match or after-tax contribution.
I prefer a definitive number of paid time off rather than unlimited vacation, that way I don't get challenged as much if I prefer to save my vacation for a longer time off.
Consider a definitive number of vacation days instead of unlimited vacation as the company grows to be larger. This will promote equity and flexibility.
