Pros: Great benefits, facilities, and flexibility.
Cons: Horrible system for promotion. When you are promoted, you don’t know about the salary increase and job title change until the next performance review. Mostly of the time, they do not give this in the coming performance review. This means you work for 8+ months in a new position with no changes in contract or salary.
