Pros: Food is good. Medical service is good.

Cons: No work-life balance at all. Late-night meetings until 9:30 PM.

Pros: A nice communication platform, and easy to use.

Cons: Too many employees, and HR is too busy.

Pros: Comprehensive benefits package, including generous medical, dental, and flexible options. Coverage extends to dependents for both dental and medical plans. Flexible benefits can also be used to cover personal insurance.

Cons: Challenging workplace culture with strong elements of favoritism. Lack of job security, as decisions can be influenced by personal relationships with top management, regardless of performance or dedication. Unfair and arbitrary performance review process conducted every six months or less, where evaluations often depend more on personal connections than actual achievements. Top management (from Mainland China) struggles with poor English and communication skills, often resorting to raising their voice at colleagues who express concerns during meetings.
