The standard approach included live coding and system design questions. Interviewers are quite approachable, and we had meaningful discussions on the distributed system design questions. The live coding questions are quite manageable. It was generally a good interview experience. The interview pipeline is very efficient, and the whole process advanced quite fast. HR is also responsive and professional.
