The interview process consisted of three rounds, each focusing on different topics. HR provided no indication of the next round's subject, only offering generic answers like "DS and algorithm." The rounds were as follows:
I successfully cleared all rounds and received positive feedback from each interviewer, with follow-up emails confirming my progress.
After the final interview, I was kept waiting for two weeks despite continuous follow-ups from my side – essentially leaving me hanging.
Ultimately, I received a rejection with very generic and automated feedback: "there is scope of improvement in coding." This was particularly disheartening given the individual feedback for each round that I had performed well and was progressing to the next stage, especially considering the final round was not coding-focused.
This clearly indicates a lack of transparency and a fishy interview process.
