Pros: 1. The TT division is quite new and has a lot of interesting work to do.
2. Colleagues are supportive, at least from my experience (Eng division).
3. Computing infra is good.
Cons: 1. Regular meetings with teams outside of the US.
2. Many documents are not well written.
3. Not a good place for NG or junior staff.

Huge scope for new grads (I think only TikTok dares to do this).
