I received an interview invitation from a recruiter I contacted via LinkedIn. I had a one-hour screening interview with an interviewer, which included:
- A coding interview that was not available on LeetCode.
- Questions on recent ML topics.
- Opportunities to ask questions of the interviewer.
Questions
The coding problem was 403, "Frog Jump" from LeetCode.
How can deep neural networks be trained with only a small amount of data? Discuss recent techniques.

Good compensation.
Allows you a lot of work travel flexibility.
Cons: If you don't speak Chinese, you are at a severe disadvantage. I spoke Chinese and was still majorly disadvantaged.
There is no support for new employees. The onboarding process has very little structure.
