Process
The online assessment was extremely difficult. It included two hard and one medium LeetCode question, covering dynamic programming, divide and conquer, and search. There was nothing about machine learning.
The online assessment required a working camera, so I guess someone was actually supervising this.

Pros: The work is interesting, and they are flexible about the methods and research you do, since they only care about performance and efficiency.
Cons: Obviously, they prefer Chinese speakers. Also, they expect you to work and attend meetings after hours.
