It started with a small technical challenge (something on HackerRank). The challenge had errors in the results, which was a little off-putting.
Once you pass that, there's a phone interview, which isn't too bad. I didn't make it past that.

Cons: Obviously, they prefer Chinese speakers. Also, they expect you to work and attend meetings after hours.
