I applied for three positions and was only contacted after an employee referral.
I completed three interviews:
The manager asked questions very related to the position, even though the HR representative was not able to explain the position in the previous interview. During my last interview, the recruiter informed me about the salary and benefits and asked if they were acceptable. I confirmed they were.
I waited six days before sending an email asking for a follow-up. I then received an email stating that I did not get the position, with very general and automated feedback.
I went through all the interviews for the position, and they were not even able to provide proper feedback. Not to mention, the offer was the same as my current job; the only reason I would have accepted was the opportunity to grow.
In my experience, they only contact referrals, and the benefits are the same as at every other average company.
