Quality Analyst Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland
Process
I interviewed with TikTok previously but was unsuccessful.
One day, I received a random email inviting me for an interview for a Quality Analyst position. The interview was scheduled for the very next day.
The job was advertised as a Quality Analyst, but I was told it's 80% content moderation work. If that's the case, then perhaps TikTok should advertise it accurately as such.
I didn't proceed further with the interview after hearing that.
The interviewer didn't seem very interested. They also required me to download a tool called Lark for the interview.
