My first contact was on September 25th. I had an interview four days later. A few days after that, my second interview was scheduled for October 3rd. After completing it, I was told that the hiring manager would reach out the following week.
On October 11th, I received an automated email stating they would no longer be moving forward with my application.
During the first email, I received an assessment. I had expected it to be language-based, perhaps involving translations or grammar questions. However, it contained very confusing questions. One of them was, "When did Neo Nyamukunda pass away in 'Paper House'?"
The interviews were both scheduled for 30 minutes.
I thought the interviews went well and certainly did not expect the rejection. TikTok does not provide feedback, only an automated response, so I have no idea what I could have done differently.
