Process
The screening round was easy, so I proceeded to another round with a person who I believe will be my future teammate. This individual spoke very quickly and was difficult to understand due to his accent. He was pleasant, but when I asked for his feedback, he offered none. The next day, I received an auto-reply email stating that I had been rejected, and I am unsure why. It felt like a waste of time, as the process took nearly a month for just two interview rounds, only to be rejected.
