Process

Having passed the online assessment, I am going to take my voice interview in the future. The problems of the online assessment were not very difficult, as long as you prepared well for them. I don't know what would happen to my voice interview.

Pros: 1. Benefits and compensation are great. WFH office compensation is $1000, even for an intern. 2. Clear on internship feedback. Mentor and manager will keep you noticed on the "Offer Trend".

Cons: 1. Worst work-life balance possible. My mentor has to work even on weekends. 2. Too much legacy code out of maintenance. It's painful to look at the codebase.
