I was scheduled for three rounds: one phone call and two technical rounds.

The phone call was very basic, focusing on introductions and a little bit about my previous role.

The second round consisted of 30 minutes of questions and 30 minutes for a live test (mostly LeetCode-type questions in my preferred language).

It was not a good experience for me as I could not understand the questions they were asking due to their weak English skills. I had to repeat all questions to make sure I understood.

During the live test, there was a network error on their side. My internet connection was very stable, and I was unable to write any code on their platform; it kept displaying "network error 1".

I was asked to share my screen and write the code in Notepad, which again required me to close and reopen the session to share (my sharing settings were not enabled for all applications). So, I opened an online editor and wrote the code.

Even though the code was correct and I answered well, I received an email stating that the third round was postponed.

The next day, I did not receive any update, so I checked my application status and it said "ended". I sent an email to the recruiter again to inquire about it and received an email after an hour from TikTok stating they were not moving forward.
