I applied online. The process took two weeks.

The interviewer couldn't figure out whether my solution was correct or not, giving very unclear feedback, and was really rude through the entire interview. I think he was doing something else while interviewing me. When I had questions, he always took around one minute to give a proper response, which I assume meant he was using AI to help himself come up with an answer.

The question is to implement a function that figures out whether a tic-tac-toe game is over or not. We don't care about what input the function takes in, and there are no other rules other than what is defined as a game over.
