First was an online assessment with four questions in seventy minutes. After that was a technical round where they asked me the LRU Cache question. The final round was another technical round where they asked me a two-dimensional DP question.

Treated like a full-timer in terms of work scope, and expected to take ownership of your work.
No pressure to work late, with somewhat flexible hours for one-off events/emergencies.
Cons: Not good for cruising or chilling.
