Software Engineer Interview Experience - Los Angeles, California
Process
TikTok sent everyone an online assessment but didn't give enough respect to candidates who worked hard on the OA. I finished a really hard OA. There was a tricky binary tree problem that took me 90 minutes to solve. After I passed all the test cases and submitted the OA, TikTok just ghosted me for a long time.
