Get ready for an upcoming interview by focusing on LeetCode medium-level challenges. Unlike many other processes, there won't be an online assessment this time; instead, you'll dive straight into a direct phone interview. The interviewer is likely to ask questions that are similar in nature to those found on LeetCode, so it's crucial to practice those thoroughly. Additionally, make sure you do your homework on the company. Understand their core values, products, and recent developments. This will not only help you in potential situational questions but also demonstrate genuine interest. Lastly, revisit your resume. Make sure it's polished, updated with recent achievements, and tailored to the role you're aiming for. Remember, a well-prepared candidate always stands out.
