I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day.

I was offered an online interview after application through the internal referral job portal. I did some basic studying of DSA online to refresh my knowledge, but I still got crushed by the two technical questions that were given to me during the online coding interview. I knew instantly before submitting that I was going to fail it. I was also banned from reapplying within the next 6 months (cooldown). The online coding interview consisted of five MCQs and two coding questions.

I forgot the exact questions, but it was something along the lines of:

• Given a perfectly balanced binary tree, the nodes represent routers and the edges represent latencies between the routers.
• Given a new router with a specific latency, find the optimal way to insert it while maintaining balance in the least number of moves.
