Pros: It's a good place to work.

Cons: There is no such thing as too much cons.

Pros: - Challenge task if you are in the right team. - Salary is high. - Company has abundant resources (e.g., business trips are easy to apply for).

Cons: 80% of documents are really badly written and maintained. Many internal services have no proper documentation, which leads to inefficiency. * No infrastructure as code concept. * Staff who cannot speak Chinese are not respected (most documents and meetings are in Chinese). * Overtime can be severe, depending on your direct manager and team. * Engineering practices are really bad in some teams (only 10 unit tests, no API documentation for a legacy system with 500 APIs and 200 tables).

Pros: High pay. Good coworkers. Good tech. You will learn a lot.

Cons: Chinese dominant. Pay not much different compared to fresh grads. High demand of working.
