TL;DR: Huge waste of time. Very confusing, with a lot of interviews that led nowhere.

The interviews were scheduled one by one. Once I was approved in the previous round, a new one was scheduled.

After three technical interviews and a "homework assessment" (which I had to work on over a weekend), I received a confusing message saying I could interview with another team for a different position they had open.

I agreed, and we started the process for the new position. After two more technical interviews (five technical interviews in total by then), I was told I had been approved by the team and would move to the final step of the hiring process: a call with an HR representative to discuss details before their offer.

Several days after the last HR interview, I received no feedback. I contacted the recruiter and, to my surprise, received only the "standard rejection" (e.g., "the team decided to not proceed...").

At this point, I was very confused and disappointed, having been previously told I had been "approved" by their team. I asked for further feedback, but nothing concrete came.

I was once again offered to interview for another role, but was told I would have to go through their interview process all over again – another three technical rounds.

I decided to stop the hiring process at this point. I wish the company had respected my time.

It was a huge waste of time: one technical assessment, several technical interviews, and many messages exchanged via email, all for nothing. No offer was made, and no proper feedback was shared.
