The interview was bad. The interviewer was not paying attention at all to what I was saying. The code was pretty mediocre, and they asked me all the right questions without truly listening to my responses. In the end, I was accepted and then rejected, which left me dejected.

Pros: No 996 in Singapore (at least my team).
1 WFH/week, 10 am to 6 pm, nice WLB.
Nice branding. Could bring you more opportunities in the future.
Full of talents and powerful internal tools/frameworks. You can learn lots of things.
Free and delicious lunch/snack/coffee (but no dinner).
Nice colleagues.
High-class offer in Asia.
Cons: - Use too many internal systems/tools, making it hard to bring those experiences to other places.
- Limited English communication. Most colleagues are Chinese, so they communicate in Chinese during meetings.
- 996 work schedule in China offices. If you collaborate with those teams, you may receive messages after work.
- When you receive a message, you need to reply ASAP.

Pros: - Developers can focus on pure technicals, due to specialized roles for SRE, QA, etc.
- Competitive salary, negotiable.
- Good benefits.
- Business teams in SG have decent WLB.
