I did not feel respected in the last team match round; the interviewer was arrogant. It was not a time for mutual understanding, but an interrogation.
When I was notified that I did not pass the team match round, they didn't even offer a chance for another team match interview, which is really screwed up.

Cons: - Use too many internal systems/tools, making it hard to bring those experiences to other places.
- Limited English communication. Most colleagues are Chinese, so they communicate in Chinese during meetings.
- 996 work schedule in China offices. If you collaborate with those teams, you may receive messages after work.
- When you receive a message, you need to reply ASAP.
