The interview was okay. The interviewer asked a LeetCode medium question, but I was not able to answer it completely within the 45-minute time window. I also had difficulty understanding the interviewer when asking clarifying questions.

Cons: You have to really work at least 9-10 hours a day, with meetings at night because you always have to sync with China.
There is no direction in the company. You have to drive projects.
