Pros: You learn a lot due to the fast-paced nature.
Cons: You learn a lot at the cost of everything else.
* Lowballed salary.
* My role was advertised as a SWE role with development opportunities in the job description, but it turned out to be totally different. They basically toy with your future and career growth.
* Forget about work-life balance if you are joining.
* No pay progression nor career progression within the company; it's only good as a stepping stone.

Pros: Good pay, benefits decent. Learn a lot about large-scale tech.
Cons: You have to really work at least 9-10 hours a day, with meetings at night because you always have to sync with China.
There is no direction in the company. You have to drive projects.
